A POEM.

Careful Caress A soft, clear moment Like light refracted on my skin Slips soothingly Right between my lips. I play round down and up On my forearms With skin and sparkle I play in dirt. I sway sultry sentiments Into my own ear  And pretend I know something I do, but I don't. I might...  And you are SO right to In any fashion Sit deep in it Stew and soak in it. You know Who you are And where your going.

I want to show you an intimate moment. Breathe the cascades of your blood into a movement. Of authentic texture with a scent that belongs only to you. To us. In the swirling and twirling of the cellular ojos. We breathe. Beautifully broken and perfect. Trail the tip ever so slightly. Of your finger, on my neck. The back of my neck. Its softness comforts me in the midst of the blinding characteristics of this moment. And I can be free to feel it. For a moment. I am afraid. And I am here to hold it. And then open my hands to set it free.

Following your heart and creating stability while living a vagabond life.

Life in Mexico 2017. I traveled north from Guatemala and have made my way along the border or MX and GUA. Now I am in Tulum on the caribbean coast! While it is more expensive than the other places I've visited on this leg of my life, it is paradise. Beautiful white-sand beaches, natural swimming holes and caves called cenotes everywhere, palm trees and bikini life. I have had the pleasure of grounding here, putting in some roots, albeit temporary, and finally feeling in full flow. Teaching yoga is gratifying. I can't believe I waited so long to really focus in on sharing these practices. They are life changing! I am excited to move more fully into sharing and leading. Also, I have been concentrating on doing more of what I love to do. Dancing, performing, living my life with an open heart (and a big smile on my face) costuming and exercising joy, making (and eating) super food treats with cacao... doing my best. Drenching my life with compassion and love in this season of inte...

Feeling Lost in the Best Kind of Way. Embracing the Now as perfect.

Today I'm thinking about the similarity of experience we have at certain ages. The wild, adventurous times of the 20's. (Living on practically nothing in Mexico, sustaining oneself through passions.) Pondering the idea of accepting the moment as it is, with the knowledge that nothing is missing, even with all the uncertainty in what is to come. Delighting in the uncertainty even. <3

What it feels like to wake up in some other place. On the first day, after a full day of travel and a deep sweaty sleep, all while beginning a new cycle of menstruation.

A bubble of emotion erupted into the edge of my skin. dwelt at the surface begging to be relished in. The memory of one day, just one day, inside a secret door, under the bed you slept in last night. A dream inside of a life, inside of an eye, under the soft blue of the sea. And I sweat so hard. It was like the salt blue sea of the carribbean was working its way outside of me. And I slept so deep, that the journey was there but it felt like a dream. So I have to ask. And I can't help but ask.. Was I really there and did that really happen? Or was it a dream. Inside of a dream. Inside of a life.Where you sweat out all the bad things and woke up in a foreign place. On the edge of a beam. Inside the light. Sounding a color of Just. Traveling. Through. ...What it feels like to wake up on the first day after a full day of travel after a deep sweaty sleep, all while beginning a new cycle of menstruation.
